Second bedroom has a two twin lofted beds and a queen size bed with attached bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and our living area is extremely comfortable with south-facing windows and a gas fireplace. Full size washer and dryer is also inside condo. Take advantage of the lively night life on Main Street with many exceptionally rated restaurants, bars, shopping, and other attractions. After a great day on the slopes you can hit the town or snuggle in by the fire with a home cooked meal. Please note: Check in location is at 2064 Prospector Ave, Park City, UT 84060. Check in time is 4 PM on the day of the arrival. Guests are required to call property hours before arrival to make arrangements for check-in. Minimum check in age is 21. Check out time is 10 AM. After-Hours Check-in: If arriving after 8:00 PM, head to the Park City Lodging Office at 2064 Prospector Ave.Upon arrival you will find a key box located on the left side of the office building door. Please call our office, 435-649-6175, to get the lock box code prior to your arrival. Your check-in packet will be inside and will include directions to your vacation property as well as keys and other important information. Please fill out the highlighted areas on the registration form along with the credit card damage waiver and place back inside the lock box. Please close the lock box and turn the knob counter-clockwise to lock it. During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is a USD 150.00 fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months. Security Deposit: A credit card imprint or a cash payment of USD 1000.00 is required at check in for a damage deposit. Summit Land Conservancy Fee: USD 1.00 per night.
