Ideal Main Street location in the heart of Park City's historic district. Galleria offers studio and one bedroom condominiums with easy access to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift as well as all of Main Street's restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. Free town shuttles run up and down Main Street and throughout town for easy access to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain's base area, Canyons and the Utah Olympic Park. The Galleria building features a common area laundry, elevator access, and rooftop deck with beautiful views. Parking is limited, so please plan on using our free transportation while in town. Please note: Check in location is at 2064 Prospector Ave, Park City, UT 84060. Check in time is 4 PM on the day of the arrival. Guests are required to call property hours before arrival to make arrangements for check-in. Minimum check in age is 21. Check out time is 10 AM. During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is a USD 150.00 fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months. Security Deposit: A credit card imprint or a cash payment of USD 1000.00 is required at check in for a damage deposit. NOTE: If arriving after 8 PM, head to Park City Lodging Office at 2064 Prospector Ave. Upon arrival, guests will find a key box located on the left side of the office building door. Please call the office at 435-649-6175 to get the lock box code prior to arrival. The check-in packet will be found inside and will include directions to the vacation property, keys, and other important information. Please fill out the highlighted areas in the registration form along with the credit card damage waiver then place back inside the lock box. Please close the lock box and turn the knob counter-clockwise to lock it. Summit Land Conservancy Fee: USD 1.00 per night.
