Errigal Youth Hostel is nestled beneath Mt. Errigal in the lakeside village of Dunlewey in Donegal. It is on the Wild Atlantic Way and is a 20 minute drive from Donegal airport and 30 minutes from Letterkenny. The hostel has been part of the Gaeltacht community for 45 years but it has been transformed with a modern build to provide young people with a comfortable place to stay and a safe base from which to explore the many walks, trails, hikes and climbs that the Glenveagh National Park offers. Visitors stay in modern mezzanine style dorms or luxury private rooms. The floor length windows invite early risers to watch the sun rise over the mountains while the cosy snug is perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
