Quiet residential street, only 3min walk from East Croydon station and 7min from West Croydon station. CCTV Bell- lock for quick access to the House. Usually we live outside London and You will have access to all home shared places like bathroom, big lounge with dining area, kitchen and lovely garden with BBQ. Smoking area provided in the garden. Private parking by request. During your stay, we are more than happy to share our knowledge of London and local area. We are owners, who are not disturbing our guests, just day time I'm at home helping you to keep house clean, but you can refuse that service. *Shopping -28 out 30 of the UK's top brands have outlets in Croydon -Croydon has 2.5million sq feet of retail area - nearly 0.5% of the total in the UK. -Purley Way is the 8th largest retail park in the UK *Clubs and teams -The most prominent sports club in the borough is Crystal Palace Football Club, based in the purpose-built stadium of Selhurst Park in the north of the borough since 1924. *Green Croydon -The Royal Horticultural Society voted Coombe Wood London's best park in 2009. -In the same year, Croydon was also voted the Royal Horticultural Society's 'Greenest large city' in the UK. *Music -Croydon has been at the centre of the development of the dubstep genre, a relatively recent musical development that traces its roots from Jamaican dub music, UK Garage and drum and bass. Artists such as Benga and Skream, who honed their production and DJing skills whilst working at the now defunct Big Apple Records on Surrey Street, along with Norwood's Digital Mystikz, DJ Chef, Timi Korus and Thornton Heath's Plastician, form the core roster of dubstep DJs and producers.
