Aurora & Husky forest camp offers two bunk bed dormitory rooms - male and female. Considering our location, we do offer breakfast, lunch and dinner - please request our detailed price list. We welcome all visitors during the winter season 2016 and offer activities such as Aurora hunting, snowshoeing, dog sledding and real forest camp experience. The dogs in Aurora & Husky forest camp are training for one of the most demanding long distance race Finnmarkslopet in spring 2016 in Norway. All visitors are welcome to come and meet the team, take photos of the dogs but only few can come and participate in Miki’s unique Musher School. Are you ready for an adventure of a lifetime! We are located about 6 km from Inari village, in the middle of forest surrounded only by forest, river and reindeers. As there are no street lights anywhere near us, it is the best place for stargazing or watching Auroras. Village Inari is the centre of Finland's Sami culture situated on the shore of lake Inari - Finland's third largest lake. Home of Finland's Sami Parliament and Siida museum. There are many hiking/ski trails to explore. Aurora & Husky Forest Camp offers bunk beds in male (10 beds) and female (10 beds) dormitory room. Sauna, Wi-Fi, board games are available on site. During winter months there is no running water. We do have washing facilities in sauna. Because we have our dogs on the premises unfortunately we don't allow pets. We do live in property, but if we are doing activities there might be nobody around for couple hours.
